Mohendro, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the respondent. The present application has been instituted on behalf of the election petitioner praying as follows :- “In the facts and circumstances stated above, it is, therefore, prayed that Your Lordship be pleased to allow the applicant to file the documents marked as Annexure-Z/1 to Annexure-Z/2 (Colly) to this petition and to take them on the records of the Election Petition for the ends of justice.
” Needless to state that documents marked as Annexure-Z/1 to Annexure-Z/2 (Colly) which are sought to be placed on the record are admittedly part of the official record and will have to be proved by the authors thereof at the time of recording of the evidence in the subject petition. P a g e | 2 Resultantly, with the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the election petitioner/applicant to prove these documents in accordance with law at the time of recording of the evidence.
