JUSTICE VINIT KUMAR MATHUR Order 24/07/2024 The issue involved in the present writ petitions is similar in nature, therefore, the same are being decided by this common order. the facts narrated in S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 7847/2017 are taken into consideration to decide the controversy involved in the present writ petitions, By the present writ petition, the petitioners have approached this court for revising and enhancing their remuneration in [2024:RJ-JD:30246] (7 of 7) [CW-7847/2017] accordance with the order dated 10. 12. 2010 which was passed in the case of the employees appointed under the NRHM Scheme. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in some of the cases, the benefits have not been extended to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that revision of pay and enhancement of the same has been done by the respondents in view of Rajasthan Contractual Higher to Civil Posts Rules, 2022.
He submits that those incumbents who are still in the service with the respondents, their service conditions will now be governed under the Rules of 2022 including the remuneration to be paid to those employees. In these circumstances, the present writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to grant benefit of payment of remuneration etc. in accordance with the Rules of 2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the petitioners to whom the benefits have already been granted, the respondents shall continue to grant the same in accordance with the Rules of 2022. It is made clear that the benefit of the Rules of 2022 will be applicable in accordance with the scheme of the Rules. (VINIT KUMAR MATHUR),J 472-475 Anil Singh/-
