When this matter is taken up, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal reserving liberty to the appellant to press the writ appeal already filed for the same relief. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, I. A. No. 1 of 2020 and the Writ Appeal are dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for. No costs.
