Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tundi P. S. Case No. 12 of 2017 (G. R. No. 834 of 2017). It has been alleged that newly appointed teachers had submitted forged TET certificate which resulted in the institution of the FIR. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already been dismissed from service. It appears that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A. B. A. No. 3954 of 2017, A. B. A. No. 3342 of 2017 and A. B. A. No. 4140 of 2017.
On consideration of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and in that event, he will be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial st Magistrate, 1 class, Dhanbad, in connection with Tundi P. S. Case No. 12 of 2017 (G. R. No. 834 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This application stands allowed.
