These appeals have been filed by the appellant-Insurance Company to set-aside the impugned judgment and award dated 15. 12. 2021, passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ District Judge, Pithoragarh in M. A. C. P. No. 3 of 2018, Dil Bahadur and others vs. Smt. Gangotri and others, M. A. C. P. No. 1 of 2018, Dil Bahadur and others vs. Smt. Gangotri and others and M. A. C. P. No. 2 of 2018, Dil Bahadur and others vs. Smt. Gangotri and others, respectively. 5. Today, these matters are taken up in the National Lok Adalat being held in the premises of the High Court of Uttarakhand.
Appellants and the respondents have entered into a compromise and the matter is finally settled in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 6. The terms of the compromise have been recorded in the compromise sheet, which shall form part of this order. 7. Accordingly, the appeals are disposed-off finally in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties before the National Lok Adalat. 8.
