The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Budmu P. S. Case No. 16/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 414/34 and Section 30(ii) of the Coal Mines Act, pending in the Court of Miss Paridhi Sharma, learned J. M. F. C. Ranchi. 3. The petitioner happens to be the owner of the truck bearing registration no. JH01ER-4811, which was seized by Budmu police on 13. 03. 2024 carrying three tons of illegal coal. 4.
It was submitted that the driver of the said vehicle, without consent and knowledge of the petitioner, was transporting the seized illegal coal. It was further submitted that the petitioner has complied with the notice issued under Section 41(A) of the Cr. P. C. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Paridhi Sharma, learned J. M. F. C. Ranchi or her successor in connection with Budmu P. S. Case No. 16/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J. ) Rahul/-
