Anand Singh S/o Rajendra Singh, Aged About 22 Years, Boghera 3. Kamlesh Kanwar Spouse/o Rajendra Singh, Aged About 45 Years, Boghera 4. Mithilesh Kanwar Spouse/o Bajrang Singh, Aged About 37 Years, B/c Rajput, R/o Kali Pahadi Presently R/o Boghera ----Petitioners Versus State, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : None present For Respondent(s) : Mr. Vikram Rajpurohit, Dy. G. A. HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI Order 14/02/2025 1. None present for the petitioner. 2. Before passing the order dated 13. 08. 2015, learned Magistrate has very elaborately deliberated upon the fact narrated in the final report and the submissions made on behalf of the complainant and then passed a reasoned and speaking order whereby he took cognizance of the offence and issued process against the petitioners.

The legality, correctness and propriety of the said order is very prudently been examined by the learned Additional Session Judge. All the legal and factual aspects have been reconsidered therein. [2025:RJ-JD:9054] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3615/2018] 3. In my view, the present is nothing but a second revision in disguise of a different nomenclature showing it to be petition under Section 482 of Cr. P. C. No case is made out for interference. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed along with stay petition. 5. Record be sent back forthwith. (FARJAND ALI),J 1-chhavi/-
