-1- NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH AT BILASPUR Writ Petition (S) No. 5358 of 2020 1. Vishwajeet Singh Thakur S/o Late S. S. Thakur Aged About 61 Years Presently Posted As Assistant Food Officer, Food Section, Office Of Collector, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari Chhattisgarh. ---Petitioner(s) Versus 1. State of Chhattisgarh Through The Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies And Consumer Protection Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Atal Nagar, Nawa Raipur District Raipur Chhattisgarh 2. Director Food, Civil Supplies And Consumer Protection Department, Indrawati Bhawan, Mantralaya, Atal Nagar, Nawa Raipur District Raipur Chhattisgarh. ---Respondents For Petitioner : Shri Mazid Ali, Advocate. For State : Shri Sudeep Verma, Dy. Govt. Advocate. Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 16. 12. 2020 1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 11. 10. 2019 transferring the petitioner from Dhamtari to Kondagaon. 2.
Considering the fact that the order of transfer was issued about 14 months back and the present writ petition now is being filed after more than 14 months, this court is of the opinion that no strong case is made out calling for an interference to the impugned order of transfer. However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has already filed a representation to the authorities which till date has not been decided by the respondents, the writ petition at this juncture disposed of directing the respondents No. 1&2 to take an appropriate decision on the representation that the partitioner has made in connection with the order of transfer dated 11. 10. 2019. 3. Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P.
