The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal urging the grievances before the Tribunal in the first instance and therefore, seeks liberty to approach and file it before the Tribunal. Mr. S. K. Medhi, learned CGC does not have any objections to the prayer. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
