J. ) The petitioner is seeking removal of encroachment, which is a kiosk, which is operating on a road. The width of the road is 24 ft. However, the kiosk has been constructed, and the road has been made narrow. 2. At this stage, counsel for the State has given the name of the app, which has been made by the District Udham Singh Nagar, showing all the encroachments in the district.
The name of the app is “Encroachment Grievance App Udhamsingh Nagar”. The petitioner in the present case has not even made a representation to the authorities, with respect to this encroachment. 3. This Writ Petition is being disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to go through the above-said app, and then make a detailed representation to the official authorities with respect to all the encroachments, because it is a PIL. 4.
