Case diary called for is received and perused. The petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 21. 11.
2019 and he has been interrogated in the meantime. Having regard to the materials in the case diary and that the petitioner has been interrogated, this Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary in the instant case and as such the petition for pre-arrest bail deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 21. 11. 2019, granting interim bail to the petitioner is Page No. # 2/2 hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions.
