IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A. B. A. No. 7101 of 2024 Anil Kumar @ Anil Yadav ….. Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand ….. Opposite Party ----- CORAM HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR ----- For the Petitioner: Mr. Ankit Kumar For the State: Mr. V. S. Sahay, A. P. P ----- 04/18. 12. 2024 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 323/325/341/307/452/379/504/506/34 IPC has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F. I. R. There is case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence. The allegation made by the informant in his written report is completely false. The petitioner has not assaulted anyone. He has been roped in the present case due to partition dispute with the informant.

He however undertakes to cooperate in the ongoing investigation. Hence, he may be given the privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned A. P. P while opposing the petitioner’s prayer for anticipatory bail, submits that on perusal of the written report, it would be evident that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant as well as his brother-Dharmendra Yadav and other family members. The injury sustained by Dharmendra Yadav has been found dangerous to his life. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Deoghar Town P. S. Case No. 518/2023. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the above named petitioner is dismissed. Satish/- (RAJESH SHANKAR, J)
