Now the matter has been settled between the parties and the appellant – Insurance Company has agreed to satisfy the award amount along with interest as awarded by the learned Tribunal itself within a period of one month from today to be deposited before the concerned learned Tribunal which shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants after due identification. In terms of the settlement, the instant miscellaneous appeal is disposed of. The parties are informed that the Court fee and statutory amount Rs. 25,000/-, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
