Ashang, learned PP appears for the State respondent. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by the learned PP for the State respondent. In the meantime, the learned PP for the State respondent requested to give some time to get instructions from the State Authority. In the circumstances, interim order is granted. In the event of arrest of the accused, the Investigating Officer (I. O. ) of the case is directed to release the accused on bail on her furnishing PR bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with surety like amount. In the meantime, if the I. O. requires the appearance of the petitioner for investigation, the petitioner is directed to appear before the I.
O. of the case whenever asked by the I. O. Liberty is granted to the I. O. of the case to approach this Hon’ble Court for vacation/modification of the interim order, if the petitioner is not complied with the order of this Court. The present Crl. M. C.
