There is sufficient incriminating materials showing involvement of the petitioner with the commission of alleged offence of his keeping the contraband in the house of another co-accused. He owns the contraband drugs as appears from the materials in the case diary. The quantity of contraband involved in this case is of commercial quantity and the FSL report shows that the seized suspected contraband has been tested positive of narcotic drugs. That being so, this is not a fit case for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail stands rejected. Return the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
