Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner-wife is a resident of charminar area, Hyderabad and the respondent-husband is a resident of Metpally, Jagtiar District. Due to matrimonial disputes, the petitioner_wife has lodged a criminar compraint against the respondent-husband and also filed M. c. No. 255 of 2023 seeking maintenance ancr the said cases are pending before the courts at Hyderabad. At this juncture, the respondent-husband filed H. M. o. p. No. 59 of 2025 seeking dissolution of marriage. Learned counser f,rther submitted that the petitioner is a house wife and she has no income and dependant on her parents and that she is unable to travel from Hyderabad to Metparly to defend the HMop.
6 In view of the said submissions and keeping in view the social and financial status of the petitioner and that connected cases are pending before the courts at Hyderabad, the H. M. o. P. No. 59 of 2o2s is transferred to the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad. €' Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. H. M. o. p. No. 59 of 2o2s stands transferred from the t t \ \ file of the lt:arned Senior Civil Judge, Metpally, Jagtial to the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.
