Asadul Haque ----- 08/10. 12. 2024 The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 406/498A IPC has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 22. 10. 2024, the petitioner and the O. P. No. 2 are physically present before this Court. 3. The O. P. No. 2 submits that at present she is living with the petitioner and he is taking proper care of her. Accordingly, she has no grievance against him. 4. The petitioner undertakes that he will keep the O. P. No. 2 as his wife with full dignity and honour and will neither demand any dowry nor torture her for non-fulfilment of the same in future. 5.
Considering the said submission as well as the undertaking of the O. P. No. 2 and the petitioner respectively, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court below within a period of three weeks. If he surrenders before the Court below within the aforesaid period, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S. D. J. M, Pakur in connection with Pakur Muffasil P. S. Case No. 24/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. Satish/- (RAJESH SHANKAR, J)
