The present application has been instituted on behalf of Athokpam Yoiremba, the applicant, praying as follows: “4.
That, in the facts and circumstances submitted above, the humble applicant prays that Your Lordship be pleased: a) To pass an appropriate interim order or likewise appropriate order/direction/ to stay/suspend/keep in abeyance the impugned "The Department of Weights & Measures, Manipur [Assistant Controller] Recruitment Rules, 2014", particularly column No. 11 (at Annexure- A/10) OR to restrain from holding DPC for promotion to the post of Assistant Controller, Weight & Measures Department, Manipur on the basis of the impugned "The Department of Weights & Measures, Manipur [Assistant Controller] Recruitment Rules, 2014", in view of the facts and circumstances of the present petition. b) To pass any appropriate order as the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the nature of the case of the ends of justice. ” MC [W.
