Rakesh Kumar Puri For Respondent(s) : Mr. Pawan Kumar Bhati, PP Mr. Kamal Rathore for complainant HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR GARG Order 06/01/2025 These anticipatory bail applications have been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No. 355/2023 registered at Police Station Udaimandir, District [2025:RJ-JD:597] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-11637/2024] Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and a civil suit is also pending between the parties. Counsel further submits that the main accused Devi Kishan @ Pappu has been arrested and he has already been enlarged on regular bail by this Court. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioners behind the bars for indefinite time. Therefore, the petitioners may be released on anticipatory bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced at the bar, this Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners under Section 438 Cr. P. C. Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioners – (1) Sajjani Devi W/o Shri Umrav (2) Teeja Devi W/o Shri Kishanlal (3) Jasoda W/o Shri Devaram (4) Kamla Devi W/o Shri Amarlal (5) Akash S/o Shri Devikishan& (6) Baya Devi W/o Shri Shivlal in connection with FIR No. 355/2023 registered at Police Station Udaimandir, District Jodhpur shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.
