Case No. 276 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1)/238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. On 21. 07. 2024, Informant came to know that his mother was murdered in Bhaldam Chatti. The Informant rushed to the place of occurrence and saw that head of his mother was crushed by stone. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion.
It was further submitted that from the impugned order, it would transpire that the petitioner was last seen with the deceased and it is a case of circumstantial evidence. 5. Mr. Fahad Allam, learned A. P. P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.
