Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that his representation dated 26. 12. 2019 and 28. 12. 2019 may be decided by the respondent authorities. Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case petitioner approaches the competent authority by moving a fresh application/representation, definitely her grievance would be redressed at the earliest.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, on consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case petitioner moves a fresh application before the Competent Authority within ten days period from today, this Court hopes and trust that the Authority concerned would look into the matter and redress the same within further period of two months. The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked. The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
