NOBIN SINGH O R D E R 28. 2. 2020 [1] Heard Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms. Beedyasaree M. , learned counsel appearing for the State respondents. [2] Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Ms. Beedyasaree M. , learned counsel appearing for the State respondents fairly submit that the issue involved herein is covered by the common judgment and order dated 21/2/2020 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 975 of 2018 & Ors and accordingly, it has further been submitted by them that the instant writ petition can be disposed of in terms thereof.
[3] Having perused the averments made in the writ petition, the submission made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties has substance and merit and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the common judgment and order dated 21/2/2020 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 975 of 2018 & Ors. [4] It has been submitted by Shri I. Denning, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that since the petitioners have not expressed thier willingness, they should not be branded as willingness pattadars as stated in the notification dated 15/1/2020. [5] In view of the above, it is made clear that the said notification will have no application to the cases of the petitioners.
