No. 382 of 2024 and proceed contempt against the respondents for their wilfull disobedience of the Hon'ble High Court Order dated 08. 02. 2023 in W. P. No. 15093 of 2018 and the same was confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W. A. No. 3099 of 2024, dated 09. 12. 2024. 2. Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the records, and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has made out a sufficient case for the relief sought. 3. Accordingly, the Sub-Application is allowed. The Contempt Petition is restored to the file of this Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent seeks time to obtain instructions in the matter. 4. List the main case in Cont. P. No. 382 of 202 on 12. 06. 2026.
