C. , seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Vinod Kumar Saini in connection with Changsari PS Case No. 541/2020, registered under Sections 120(B)/420 of IPC corresponding to GR Case No. 2129/2020. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who has produced the case diary and perused the same.
So far as regard the present petitioner, the allegation is that he introduced and convinced the informant about Anuj Joshi, who is the proprietor of Balaji Udyog, who was given the Page No. # 2/2 responsibility to construct the warehouse by the informant and the informant being not satisfied with the construction stopped the construction and he himself undertake the construction process and also terminated the contract between the parties. As discussed above, the entire aspect reflects the civil dispute between the parties and custodial detention of the petitioner is not warranted. Considering all entirety of the matter, the interim bail granted earlier to the petitioner is hereby made absolute. In terms of the above, this bail application stands disposed of.
