Mr. Pranav Trivedi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent State. 1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed to modify / delete the condition imposed in the order granting bail to the applicant dated 02. 11. 2020 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mahisagar at Lunawada in Criminal Misc. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and when scores of businesses have been affected on account of the prevailing pandemic, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the said condition. 4. In the result, the application is partly allowed. The condition No. (2)b of the impugned order is modified to the extent that the applicant shall not enter the territorial limits of Santrampur Taluka until the charge-sheet is filed.
