JUSTICE REKHA BORANA Order 19/02/2024 1. The present appeal pertains to the year 2020 and the defect that page No. 11 of the judgment had not been filed was pointed out by the office. 2. Despite time of four weeks been granted by Registrar Administration on 11. 01. 2021, the defect was not removed.
The matter was then listed before the Court on 15. 05. 2023, 05. 07. 2023 and further on 12. 01. 2024 but still the defect was not removed. On 01. 02. 2024, last opportunity of two weeks was granted to learned counsel for the appellants to remove the defect. On that date, it was observed that if the defect is not [2024:RJ-JD:8626] (2 of 2) [CMA-1630/2020] removed within the stipulated period, the appeal shall be listed before the Court for dismissal on 19. 02. 2024. Therefore, the matter has been listed today. 3. Today, none appeared for the appellants in both the rounds. As per the office report, the defect has also not been removed. 4.
