The present writ petition seeks review of the order dated 29. 08. 2024 passed in W. P. No. 16445/2023 (GM-POLICE), on the ground that the petitioner was complainant, pursuant to which notice under Section 91 of the Cr. P. C. was issued to the petitioner in the said writ petition. It is submitted that the said order was passed without an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. On that ground alone, the present writ petition seeking review the order dated 29. 08. 2024 cannot be entertained. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail such other remedies as may be available in law for redressal of the grievance. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
