742 OF 2024 2 ORDER This review petition was submitted by the petitioner in view of the fact that, while pronouncing the judgment directing the first respondent to dispose of Ext. P1 within a period of two months, the opportunity for being heard to the petitioner was not specifically provided. After considering the materials placed on record, I am convinced that a modification in the judgment is required, as the petitioner has to be given an opportunity for being heard. In such circumstances, the judgment passed by this Court on 25. 06. 2024 is reviewed and modified with a further direction that while taking a decision on Ext.
