The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to declare the acquisition of the land of the petitioner by opposite party no. 6 as illegal in view of non-compliance of the provisions of the Odisha Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2006 and provide adequate onetime cash compensation as per the said Policy and further to provide compensation suitably, as per the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting his grievance, the petitioner has made representation/grievance petition before the authority vide Annexure- 10 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the concerned authority to consider the representation/grievance petition filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
