Considering the submissions and upon perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the matter is a case and counter case. In view of the same, the Judicial Magistrate Court -I, Ariyalur is directed to try both the cases, namely C. C. No. 21 of 2026 and C. C. No. 738 of 2025, together but separately and pass judgments on the same day. 4. Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
