SUNDAR (ORDER) 13. 03. 2026 [1] After some arguments, as it came to light that some inadvertent errors have been crept in qua miscellaneous case (MC) including error in computation of the number of days of delay, Mr.
Dayali Elangbam, learned counsel on record for MC applicant sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned MC and made a further request to preserve all the rights and contentions of MC applicant to file a fresh Condonation of Delay (CoD) application on the same subject. This request is acceded to. [2] To be noted, a scanned reproduction of endorsement made by learned counsel on record for MC applicant in the case file as regards withdrawal is as follows: [3] In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned MC is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of MC applicant in the aforesaid manner.
