The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum challenging the order of removal from service passed as against him. 4. The permission as sought for by the petitioner is granted. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate forum. It is needless to state that if any such application is made, the same shall be considered on its own merits by taking note of the period spent before this Court in pursuing the writ petition.
