We have gone through the pleadings in the writ petition. In para 10, it has been stated that "the petitioner is feeling his life threat during his working being the president of a political party and having the great danger of his life. " We have also seen other pleadings, which are highly casual. No relief can be granted on such casual pleadings. Learned Standing counsel has instructions to inform the Court that there is a proforma prescribed under the Government Order dated 09. 05.
2014 for seeking security which has not been filed by the petitioner and she also has the instructions to inform the Court that the petitioner is not involved in any criminal case as witness or as an informant/ complainant nor he has approached any police station stating that there is any threat to his life. We accordingly decline to interfere in this writ petition, however, we leave it open for the petitioner to take appropriate measures in terms of the Government order dated 09. 05. 2014 by applying appropriately, if there is actual threat to his life or there are other good reasons for seeking security in terms of the Government order referred above. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
