JUSTICE MV MURALIDARAN 21. 12. 2020 [1] The writ petitioner in WP(C) No. 886 of 2018 has filed this MC(WP(C)) No. 222 of 2020 seeking the prayer as follows: “ It is therefore, prayed that Your Lordship may graciously be pleased to modify the judgment and order dated 24. 11. 2020 to the effect that the petitioner is given liberty to approach the competent Court for declaration that the petitioner is the daughter of late Th. Ngaopunii and the official respondent viz, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are directed to act upon the declaration decree, if any, produced by the petitioner or the other legal heirs of late th. Ngaopunii in accordance with law.
