The petitioner has already submitted Ext. P5 st revision petition which is now pending before the 1 respondent . The st limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is to direct the 1 respondent to take a decision thereon within a time frame. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, I am inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition. st Accordingly, it is ordered that the 1 respondent shall take up Ext. P5 and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner. The orders in this regard shall be passed by the following timeline and the preferences in G.
