Choudhury, the learned counsel is present representing the sole respondent. It is submitted by Mr. M. J. Quadir that Teraful Bibi was the wife of Lt. Kamal Uddin, the sole respondent. On the death of Teraful Bibi, her legal heirs are already on record. Accordingly, the name of Teraful Bibi be struck out from the cause title of this application. The prayer is allowed. Registry to strike out the name from the cause title of this Interlocutory Application. Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands disposed of thereby impleading the legal heirs namely (i) Altf Hussain, (2) Jakir Hussain (both sons of Lt. Kamal Uddin) and (iii) Bedana Begum (daughter of Lt. Kamal Uddin) of the deceased respondent. This petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
