Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ul appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. with their conrsent, this writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.
Lear:ned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner: filed the petition instant writ questioning the action of the respondents 1n not releasing the petitioner's retiral \ \ benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the /is raised in the present petition writ has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this court in w. P. No. 23138 of 2o2s, which was disposed of uid. e order dated o3,o9. 2o25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of w. p. N o. 23138 of 2o2s dated 03. 09.
2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated o3. og . 2o2s passed by the Division Bench of this court in w. p. N o. 2313g of 2o2s, this writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period weeks frorn today, failing which, the entire amount with to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actual its payme:rt. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if &Dy, in this Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as SD/. A .
