Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by Syed Murtaza Ahmad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. A. Bheigya Meitei, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 2, 3 and 4. The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing the impleadment of the applicant viz. , Ringphami Hungyo as respondent No. 4 in the connected WP(C) No. 547 of 2024 on the ground that the applicant is a necessary party. Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel appearing for the writ petitioner/ respondent No. 1 herein fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present impleadment application. In view of the submission made above, the present impleadment application is hereby allowed.
