Ibotombi, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that producing certified copy of the said form 26 affidavit is necessary to adjudicate the issue involved in the connected election petition. Item No. 38 Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel and Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the present application is disposed of by allowing the applicant to file a certified copy of the above mentioned form 26 affidavit.
