Page No. # 2/2 So far as the FIR is concerned, one Dr.
Hamid Ali Khan lodged an FIR alleging that he was cheated by one Muruli Monohar Singh by hacking his Bank Account and a sum of Rs. 31,500/- was deducted from his account after receiving a message from mobikwick. The case diary reveals that the present accused petitioner with conspiracy with Muruli Manohar Singh and others entered into such hacking of money by manipulating the credit cards of the bank and they are doing such business together by joining their hands and thereby unlawfully accumulated money by deceiving the customers. Considering all the above, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail prayer of the present accused petitioner and the same is accordingly rejected at this stage. Accordingly the prayer made by this bail petition stands rejected. Return back the case diary forthwith. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
