It appears that the petitioner is alleged to have forcibly taken possession of a plot of land measuring 4 khatas and also obtained signatures on a 100 Rs. stamp paper. Considering the materials in the case diary as well as the contents of the FIR, the matter appears to be of civil nature. That being so, the petitioner is granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner vide order, dated 12. 11. 2020 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Return the case diary. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
