In the course of hearing, it is noted that the matter in issue i. e. the Managing Committee of Pabomari Girls’ SSA U. P. School’s term is about to expire and is to be reconstituted by 15. 04. 2020. 2. In this view of the matter, Mr. M. F. Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter may be disposed of with a direction that the petitioners be permitted to take part in the proceedings for reconstitution of the Managing Committee. 3.
In view of the submission so made, this instant petition is disposed of with a direction that as per the order dated 30. 10. 2018 issued by the respondent No. 4, the Managing Committee shall be re-constituted as per the said order and as per the norms laid down in R. T. E. Act of 2009 and Meghalaya Right to Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011 under Section 13 within 1(one) month from today i. e. the Managing Committee is to be re-constituted by 15. 04. 2020. Needless to say the petitioners also are allowed to take part in the meeting to reconstitute the Managing Committee. 4. With the above directions, the matter stands disposed of.
