Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the case of the petitioner(s) is squarely Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? covered by the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 153 of 2023, titled as State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. Vs. Sh. Sant Ram and Anr. , decided on 07. 10. 2023. He further submits that petitioner(s) shall be content in case the respondents are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner(s) in time bound manner in light of judgment ibid. 3. Prayer being innocuous is not opposed. 4. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the case of the petitioner(s) in light of judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 153 of 2023, within eight weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order.
In case, the petitioner(s) are found similarly situated as respondents in LPA No. 153 of 2023, they will also be granted the same benefits as granted to respondents in above referred case. 5.
