As per the report of the Registry dated 25. 07. 2024, the present LPA is still pending and not decided so far and the judgment, the mention of which was made in order dated 31. 12.
2020 pertains to LPA No. 92/2020. Today when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the appellants prays for withdrawal of the LPA and submits that he would be prepared to argue the matter finally before the writ court if the same is listed at the earliest. His statement is taken on record. In that view of the matter, the present LPA is dismissed as withdrawn along with the connected applications. Registry is directed to list the writ petition in the week following next, higher up, before the learned Single Judge for final consideration.
