Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Nipun Singh appears for U. P. Public Service Commission. The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondents to give appointment against the vacancies, which may remain unfilled on account of non-joining of the selected candidate on the post of Food and Sanitary Inspector within stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner prefers fresh representation before the Secretary, U. P. Public Service Commission within one week, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law in further six weeks.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked. The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
