(2 ½ cents) in Survey No. 682/2 in the 2 petitioner’s name by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 25. 03. 2020 and 19. 05. 2025 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. Arumugam Government Advocate [R1 to R5] ***** ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for cancellation of subject patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 that, enquiry has already been commenced in the application submitted by the petitioners seeking for cancellation of patta. No. 46099 of 2025 that the petitioners will have to submit all the necessary documents to enable the official respondents to consider the petitioners’ application seeking for cancellation of patta. He further submits that once the nd necessary documents are furnished by the petitioners, the 2 respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by nd directing the 2 respondent to pass final orders on the petitioners’ application, seeking for cancellation of patta, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after considering the objections, if any, from the private respondents as well as any other third nd party, whom the 2 respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners’ application.
