JUSTICE ARUN BHANSALI Order 16/12/2020 It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that parties have settled the dispute mutually, whereby, the appellant would be entitled to a further lump sum compensation of Rs.
1,00,000/- from the respondent-Insurance Company. In view of the submissions made, the appeal filed by the appellant is disposed of with the direction that the Insurance Company shall pay a further lump sum compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the appellant – claimant within a period of four weeks. In case, the amount is not paid within a period of four weeks, the appellant would be entitled to interest @ 6% per annum from the end of four weeks till the date the amount is paid. The amount when deposited by the Insurance Company be disbursed to the claimant in his saving bank account. (ARUN BHANSALI),J 92-pradeep/-
