Das, ASC COROM: JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY ORDER 10. 04. 2026 Order No 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- “Under these facts and circumstances, it is most humbly prayed therefore that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct Opposite party No. 1 to accept the resignation tendered by the petitioner from the post of Assistant Professor (OMES Cadre) Department of Biochemistry, MKCG Medical College and Hospital, Berhampur under annexure-4 in an early date. And in the alternative pass any other order/orders as deem fit and proper in this case. ” 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the request available at page-26 under Annexure-6 to // 2 // the Writ Petition though is pending, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. 5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No. 1 to take a decision on the above noted request available at Annexure-6 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 (three) weeks from the date of receipt of this order with due communication to the petitioner. 6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
