C. the accused-petitioner, namely, Bulbul Hussain is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Abhayapuri Police Station Case Page No. # 2/2 No. 473/2020 under Sections 420/493 IPC. The Case Diary has been received and the statement of the petitioner is also recorded.
I have perused the Case Diary including the statement of the present petitioner who was granted the interim bail. From the nature of allegations and the statement made by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Accordingly the interim bail order dated 11. 09. 2020, is hereby made absolute along with the terms and conditions set out in the said order in respect of the Abhayapuri Police Station Case No. 473/2020 under Sections 420/493 IPC.
