Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that w. r. t. the grievances being raised in the present petition, same are squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 2004 of 2017, Taj Mohammad & Ors. Vs. State of HP & Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 03. 08. 2023. He further submits that similarly situate individuals have been extended the benefit of the aforesaid judgment. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that w. r. t. the grievances being raised in the present petition, a representation dated 21. 07. 2024 stands made to the concerned authorities. The same is appended with the present petition as Annexure P6. 4. Learned Addl. Advocate General submits that the representation so made by the petitioner, shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from today.
